Organisational partnerships

Helping organisations give their members access to a live growth system

Digital Islands works with networks, member organisations and business support bodies that want to provide practical, measurable value to the independent businesses they serve.

Members gain access to Big Ambitions, a live growth system combining AI-assisted enquiry handling, marketing automation, weekly live expertise sessions, and practical business support — delivered without placing the operational burden on your organisation.

Why this matters

What independent businesses actually need

Many independent businesses already generate some level of interest. People find them online, hear about them through word of mouth and make enquiries. But too often, those enquiries are handled inconsistently, followed up slowly or simply not followed up at all.

Many independent businesses do not need another abstract training programme. They need practical help that improves how they handle real enquiries, follow up properly and make better use of the tools now available to them.

The gap is rarely one of ambition or capability. It is usually one of systems, time and support.

Organisations that work closely with independent businesses know this gap well. Members ask for practical help, not more theory. They want to know how to respond faster, follow up better and not lose opportunities they have already generated.

Digital Islands was built to address exactly this. And through organisational partnerships, we can extend that support to businesses in your network in a controlled, evidence-based way.

A practical member benefit with measurable outcomes, delivered without placing the operational burden on your organisation.

Member benefit

A live growth system

This is not simply access to software. Through an organisational partnership, suitable member businesses gain access to a supported growth environment combining AI-assisted enquiry handling, marketing automation, weekly live expertise sessions, and practical business support.

This is offered as a controlled, selective member benefit. It is not unlimited and not open to everyone. Suitability is agreed between Digital Islands and your organisation before any invitations go out.

Weekly live marketing expertise sessions

Members are invited to join weekly live sessions led by marketing and sales specialists, covering lead generation, follow-up, conversion, messaging and practical business improvement. This is ongoing support, not a one-off event.

AI-assisted enquiry handling

An AI-assisted website enquiry assistant that handles initial enquiries, captures contact details and keeps potential customers engaged while the business owner is busy or unavailable.

Enquiry notification and follow-up automation

Automated follow-up sequences that ensure no enquiry is simply left waiting. Members can respond consistently without having to monitor their inbox constantly throughout the day.

Reporting and evidence of impact

Basic activity reporting that lets the business owner see what the system is doing, and gives your organisation visible evidence of the member benefit being delivered.

Clear pathway to Big Ambitions

For businesses that want more, there is a clear pathway to the full Big Ambitions, with more capability, more support and more specialist expertise available at the right time.

Who it is suited to

Organisations with real member relationships

This partnership approach works best for organisations that have genuine, trusted relationships with established independent businesses and a real desire to offer them something practical and measurable.

It is particularly well suited to organisations that want to demonstrate tangible member value, generate evidence of impact, or help their members start engaging safely with AI and automation in a way that is low-risk and practically useful.

  • Chambers of Commerce and local business networks
  • Trade bodies and industry associations
  • Local authorities and enterprise support organisations
  • Membership organisations with established small business relationships
  • Organisations that want to offer a tangible member benefit without having to deliver the technology themselves
  • Bodies looking to generate measurable outcomes and case studies from their member support work
  • Organisations that want to help members engage practically with AI and automation in a supported, safe way
How we work together

Two straightforward models

We keep the commercial arrangement simple. There are two main ways organisations choose to work with us, depending on what makes most sense for your membership and your objectives.

Member benefit

The full agreed benefit is passed directly to the member business as a discount or enhanced access. Your organisation provides the introduction and member relationship. Digital Islands delivers the service and the support.

This model is straightforward to communicate and positions the membership organisation as the source of a practical, tangible benefit.

Shared benefit

The organisation receives a share of revenue generated through the partnership. Member businesses receive a discount or preferential access compared to the standard offer.

This model creates an ongoing commercial relationship between Digital Islands and your organisation, with member benefit and organisational revenue aligned.

The right model depends on your organisation, your membership and your objectives. We are happy to discuss both in more detail once we understand your situation. There is no pressure to decide anything before that conversation.

The process

Simple to start

We do not ask organisations to do the heavy lifting. Once we have agreed the basics, Digital Islands manages the setup, onboarding and ongoing operation for each member business.

1 Agree the audience and suitability criteria We work with your organisation to define which member businesses are most suitable for the initial offer, and agree the scope and terms of the partnership.
2 Invite selected member businesses Your organisation introduces the opportunity to suitable members. Digital Islands provides supporting materials and handles the follow-up directly with interested businesses.
3 Onboard members and activate the programme Digital Islands handles the onboarding and technical setup for each business, and invites members into the weekly sessions and community. Members do not need technical knowledge or specialist skills to benefit.
4 Review results, case studies and next steps We share activity and outcome data with your organisation so you can see the impact for your members. Successful pilots provide natural case study material and evidence of member benefit.
